I'd drop $6mil in gold bullion on n8, from about 10,000 feet.
Better make it 5 million worth. Getting 6 million up to 10,000 feet would be expensive.
I'd buy the old empty school downtown and turn it into a skatepark/pumptrack/dirtjump/winter training area. Then I'd buy bikes for a few hundred kids and get the riding scene on the east coast even bigger.
