Because....
I love goulash, a staple food of every Czech pub, served with dumplings. Got to cook me some soon.
One of the guys I play Chess with is from Hungary. I give him rides now and then. He pays me in Goulash and Brown bread.
It is the easiest thing to cook as long as you can find the right meat and good paprika.
