You guys hating on reno must not mountain bike much

Stinky........"CS service center" is usually a discrete mask for something insidious. So yeah, somebody probaby charged a brothel visit, some porn something or other to your card.

A friend of mine had his ID stolen (we live near reno-ha) and his card was riddled with that crap.

At the $5.99 buffet
In Reno on Thanksgiving day
Nobody seemed to care
Why anyone else was there

Me and my buddy Jay
Watched bad cover bands play
Got little drinks for free
Kept betting on twenty-three

We got drunk
We got sad
I met a girl who
Said she could save me

She said "I am a hug
I wrap around you and i scrub
You're made of dirt my dear
I scrub until you disappear"

That's what absolution means
She put a dollar in a slot machine
Three triple bars came up
We won six hundred bucks

We got stoned
We had sex
I dreamt that I was
Evel Knievel

. Although, the outskirts of Reno are certianly not as bad as downtown.
My parents friends moved out there from Mill Valley, CA and they love it. They have a 9,000 sq foot house overlooking the city and a golf course. Pretty cool area if you check out all the stuff around Reno.

Downtown Reno = Not for me.
But I live just south in Carson City now, after being in Cali for the last 10+ years.
It's...different, but there are a lot of cool areas. A lot cheaper than Cali too...

We had a little issue with our credit card software at work today. It would take the amount, remove the first number and move the decimal point 4 places to the right. Thus $68.50 becomes $85,000. And only on credit cards with a certain date. A little "bug" there.

I had the best Italian food ever in Carson City. I don't recall the name of the place, but it was across from the capitol building.

That's where we would like to move (at least the area). Close to Tahoe, Mammoth, lots to do as far as outdoor recreation without too far of a drive. We'd leave So. Cal. (and its traffic and high prices) for Northern Nevada in a second if we could work it out.

Garibaldi's maybe?

We took Sig. Colnago there, and he laughed his ass off. Probably stay away from taking an Italian person to an Italian restaurant in the US from now on...

It's ok here. It was a bit of culture shock at first. The whole "smoking in bars" thing is still kinda rough. At least they passed a law banning smoking in restaurants.
Where in Ventura county are you?

Camarillo. Don't get me wrong, we love it here, it's just damn expensive and to go anywhere you have to deal with lovely traffic (I spend 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day in traffic). Grass is always greener as they say.....

Going by your "old" name I'm guessing that you used to work for a certain company in Newbury Park?
You would guess right...
Was in SB for a bunch of years, then Ventura for a couple more, then Camarillo. I miss the area, it was pretty damn nice there. Expensive, but nice.

Wast too expensive back then. I wish now, I'd bought more property at time.
