we should be ready to re-open sometime in early march.

depends on the weather and when we get all of our projects completed, and have a weekend to ourselves to make sure everything rides the way it's supposed to.

but with this deluge of rain we've been getting lately....
who knows.
it's already starting to throw us a little behind schedule.
