His design is based on incorporating an Allsop gimmick into the frame itself. I've never seen an Allsop break, but I am not a materials engineer either.

His detailed page is fantastic in my opininon. I always wondered how garage guys make carbon fiber bike and car parts. What do you think of the info BCD?

any compaction method is structural with enough material.
i have use vinyl tape before. works best on round tubes.

you guy would be surprised on how easy it is to make a
carbon part. they should sell kits at walmart.

That bike her actually rides really well, its just a softride design thats all, little flexy, but at 240 i would trust it on a high speed run without any worries
