I may have something for you. Shimano 435 hub, 6bolt disc, 8/9spd, laced to a Sun S-Type rim. Came off son's Kona Stinky. Cosmetic about a 5, 6 pushing it, mechanically a 7-ish, maybe 8?? 135mm qr hub, no qr, though. I was going to try and pair it up as a back-up set for me, then saw your ad and thought I'd give you a shout. I can try to download a pic or 2 tomorrow or Monday if that helps.

What price are you looking at? I'm thinking $65, and I'll include shipping, since it appears you live in CA. Let me know......

ive got something cheap, used, and with a nice flat spot.

ovation (marin house brand) qr hub, mavic 521 rim, 14g dt spokes.

its got a nice flat spot in it, but the rest is ok. i dont notice the flat spot when riding, and its never broken a spoke. just a nice strong wheel that ive run on a couple different beater bikes since the flat spot incident.

im in concord if you want to come pick it up, $20.
$25 and i'll leave the 9spd cassette on for you.
i can bring it out to alameda or meet you somewhere part way but i'll want a little more for gas money.

edit: the flat spot isnt even big enough to effect braking using rim brakes.
