wtf is it?

brake is hayes hfx9 8"

my friend get his yeti today...and that hayes 8" normal rear adaptor dosent fit there...


some one knows what it should be?!

use a 6in adaptor, you might also need to space it up with some washers, possibly get longer bolts.

I had to do this to mine also. the frame was made to use an 8in rotor with a 6in caliper.

You need the Avid brake adapter as seen in this picture:

No. The regular 6" adapter. The hayes and avid versions are practically identical.
