HAB, you need to find a place like this (local shop I used for larger parts at my previous job). We had 48" x 96" x 2" plates machined and they considered our stuff "mini".

We've got plenty of shops that can handle it. We make stuff an order of magnitude bigger than this pretty often. Hell, we've got several mills in house that could do it. Planning just fucked up.

Edit, because the picture didn't show up on my phone: we've got a big post mill like that in house too.
