It sounds like they are pulling him back though. He will have to dig deep lose as little as possible on the climb and try to gain as much as he can on the descent.

the Yellow jersey is now isolated, but doing okay according to the commentators.

Damn I wish I was watching this live. Audio is cool but I wanna see the faces of the riders.

Landis needs about 4 minutes over Sastre.......he can put 2 minutes into him in the ITT.

Landis will get a time bonus of 20 seconds for winning the stage, but if Sastre gets second then Sastre also gets a time bonus of 12 seconds. So, Landis has to beat him by 6:11 to overtake.

If he hangs on this will be Floyd's first or second stage win this year?
