You guys...while you have pointed out the obvoius. Since he said EVERY part, there's probably a bushing in the shock or a ball bearing missing in the pivot, something that nobody would guess....:rolleyes:

Buzz, sorry wrong answer, it'd work pedaling forward, assuming there wasn't so much loss in the drivetrain you actually could pedal.

i agree, after tracing out which way each cog would turn, in the air with my index finger, much to the befuddlement of my manager sitting across the office. :D

nope. look at the large cog hanging off the back, halfway up. look at the cog on the other side of the bike that overlaps it. they should be rotating in opposite directions.

here's my take :D, blue == forward:

(update: imagine the idler wheel in proper color, blue, since vbulletin isn't letting me update the attachment :confused: )
