I got pics and vid but my ****ing internet at home has been down for almost a week now. Comcast sucks!

Are the lights on your router off? if so unplug the black cable (NOT the one that screws in) for about 2 minutes and it should do the trick (unless if you have a different router ) haha

I had to turn my modem off and let it power back up then log in to my computer for it to work again.

Yeah, you need to unplug it (from power), then let it power back up if you ever pull the network cable out as well. My roommate and I share the cable, so when we switch between computers, you have to re-boot the modem. No biggie.

No I have done that about 20 times, there is something wrong out side of the house. A dude from comcast came over and could not fix it, he said they would have to send another person to look at the wires on the outside of the house. No one came so we called comcast and they never set up the apointment for the next guy to come out, and just caneld our complaint as if had been solved, idiots. Then that storm came and now they say it could be another 5 days. They have the worst customer service.
