i was just reading about this earlier, delaying the election wouldn't mean he stays in office indefinitely. his term is still over january 20 2021, that includes pence. presidential succession per the constitution, would go to pelosi. i don't think anybody in the gov't would want this scenario to come to pass. basically states need to start efforts NOW to ramp up mail in voting.
