I like the changes, looks clean. If its executed in typical Turner fashion, its gonna be a contender.

With all the other Tards!!
Reminds me of the old style of DHR with the round tubing, wonder why they went back? I think the square tube made it somewhat unique.

And you say 2lbs lighter :brow: dam!!! A 9lb frame!! Any Idea of what type of tubing they are going to be using??

Lower & Slacker: Guess they took care of the prob. of people re-drilling their frames. But I have seen a pic of John K. with his chain guide berried 4inch's into the ground fully compressed, Hope they don't make it to low.

It's only lower by about .2 inches.

and the chain stays are shorter by .1 inches. Little change in the right directions, I can't wait!
If I am not mistaken here, the older DHR was not ever corrected for an 8 inch fork. Meaning the BB was 14.6 with a seven inch fork and higher with an eight inch fork. So, the new one will be 14.4 with an 8 inch fork. So it should be low and ready to go.

I like it. It looks like they made all the right changes.

looks like they finally figured out drilling was a good thing and moved that mount. Why oh why would they stop using square tubing though, that was so rad

Mine is close to that with smaller tires, low crowns at a cunt hair off tire rubbing at bottom out.

Good point though........maybe this will be lower with the same setup.

Its Miller in a nicer bottle
Everyone but peaty groupies knows this. It's like PBR's recent popularity. It's moronic, not ironic.

Wow, that is truly a whole bunch of awesome changes. Tubes are the best way to build frames, no doubt, so it is great to see them back on that bike.

9lb frame no way

i remember when the current style DHR came out the word on the web was that it was a lot lighter than the double top tube version, i think what was said back then was that it was three quarter pound lighter.
so yesterday i got to put one of the current ones on the scale and it came out to 5600g with a dhx, thats a heavy frame. so even if it is indeed 2lbs lighter, it will still weigh 10,5lbs, which would be very good, but not quite near 9lbs.

The best place Fo Sho
I just hate the small lil bolts that hold the deraileur hanger in place; I broke it so many times and got fed and decided to sell my DHR. However the 07 looks very clean!!!
