It's pretty wild to put ACC's talent into perspective, if she came back to World Cups now she would still win. Wonder what the other girls think. ACC even blew away the worlds best BMXers at the biggest stage possible. And I'm pretty sure she holds the world speed-skiing record for stock skis too!

Bryn chucked the f**king SICKEST scrubs I've ever seen over the big tables halfway down upper A-line. There were a couple of other notables but holy hell his scrubs were AMAZING as well as loose as hell, full points for commitment there. Pretty sure Blinky was only 0.48 or something behind Lopes too, not 3 seconds.

Olympic gold medal in BMX, 55 world cups wins, 12 DH World Championships, and 4 4x World Championships . . . still in a league of her own.

And hasn't Emmeline been the runner up to all those victories? It's gotta be frustrating for her, but at the same time, she's showing some pretty awesome consistency of her own. And things are just going to get better. 2x world champ in the making?

Geez I didn't even know she had some 4x worlds under her belt. That picture is pretty terrifying:shocked:

Would be amazing to see ACC on the start line at Mont Saint Anne...
She won't be. Leigh was riding with her the first day we were here and she said she is not going to do MSA, she was originally, but pulled out. The racing here for ACC has been fun, but she said she gets way too nervous to race now and living up to her own legend at MSA for another worlds title would have her puking all over the place (that part was my translation).

I thought the clock had lopes at 4:15:69 and Blenki at 4:18:17. I could be wrong. Wins a win though.

You are not supposed to roost on the face of a jump :eek:
hahah yeah, especially not with your FRONT wheel! Him and the guy on the red Demo (Mikey Sylvestri?) were doing crazy crazy scrubs, Sylvestri was able to do em to both sides too which was bonkers. One of the coolest things I've ever seen on a bike for sure.

Just saw the vid thinking the same thing!!! Plus, for those not accustomed to A Line, those are two last jumps before the long straight and the bottom section and you gain massive speed on those!

Did Lopes compete? Seemed a bit pissed at the "new" format...
Did not see him, I think only 14 guys started after many practiced. It was not a giant slalom, it was a 'dual' ala 1999. A bit lame, but I will say when they got into the final, the guys AND girls were f-ing hauling a$$, I was super impressed with the chicks and prokop was out of his mind fast on that sketchy track. After his recent world cup and watching him here...I think he is the favorite for worlds, he just has the old fire in his eyes.

Oh, and the new Intense TazerVP won. ;)

Cam Zink has made his comeback complete, returning to the form that landed him atop the podium a few years ago. In second was Mike Montgomery and third place went to Casey Groves. Full report to follow!

From what read, alot of riders got hurt this year with the slopestyle event.
Bearcloth and Seminuk had awesome runs going but ate **** hard on the finish jump. Would have been close to call if they had stuck their runs.

That said Zink's run was off the hook. Guys were throwing some ridiculous stuff off HUGE drops and jumps and he owned the day for sure.

DUAL!!! Geez, that brings back epic battles between Lopes and Cully

You think he can give Gravey a run for his money? He's certainly on better form then the previous years even if he took quite a tumble during the Leogang round!!

Anyone catch the coverage of Crankworx by "epicmountainvideo" on Pinkbike? His footage really seemed to capture the action best of all the videos I've seen so far. This one of the dual slalom was wicked. http://www.pinkbike.com/video/152837/ I can't believe how smooth Brosnan and Ropelato are. Very very talented...
