that article links to a VéloVert article... apparently for Enduro he'll be on Suntour suspension and riding 650b and 29r bikes.

CG is a one-man marketing machine.... "enduro", 650b, 29r, upside down forks, energy drink.... you name the buzz-word, and he's runnin' it somewhere on his jersey! (all he's missing is gear box...)

and hes making a good amount of money and has a boss house and some other cool businesses. All the power to him.
should have been clear: no sarcasm intended. I fully respect that he's making a good living out of it. and if he's helping with product development in spreading the "gospel" of mountain biking, then, yeah, more power to him. He's not just a good rider, but a good communicator too...

I wonder why nobody has heard that Wyn Masters will be racing World Cups again next year.

He'll be in a German team along with Christian Textor and Tommy Herrmann, two fast German dudes.
Titel Sponsors will be Bulls Bikes and the mtb-rider magazine.
Bulls is a German "supermarket-company", they make super cheap bikes, but I read that their DH-Proto is going to be pretty good. They want to do it like Iron Horse did, they made super cheap bikes too, before they signed Sam Hill and used the DW-Link patent.
I don't know much about the bike, but the shock is going to go through the seattube...

They'll be racing all worldcups and are a registered UCI WC Team.

Bulls belongs to the ZEG company, which is pretty big in Germany and Europe, so this will be a real team, with mechanics and a manager, photo-guy and so on...

And the guy with the horse head is Boris Beyer, the photo-guy from the mbr-mag, I think he was running around at some world cup race wearing a horse head ^^

man, that's a pretty stacked team. Patrick Thome on their bike seems like a good fit. he has the potential to really kill it this year.

also, having Claudio and Ben designing a bike park seems like a pretty good guarantee the place will be off the hook... a future destination for sure...
