I don't blame you. Reso Road SUCKS. One of these days I gotta get out and do another point-to-point out to Camp Hale. I like the Searle -> Copper descent... it just ain't as good as the Kokomo -> Camp Hale descent, IMO.
Yeah - I always thought that Wilder was kind of an anti-climatic DH route (and don't get me started on the Vail bike path to finish that ride) but as such would make a pretty decent climb to Ptarmagin.
You know, I'd say good morning but it's really not. At least not for me.
The bill came yesterday for the wife's trip to the clinic last month for a UTI. Her PCP was unable to see her that day and she tried to get an apt at a Planned Parenthood to no avail, so we had to settle for going to a local clinic that told her over the phone it was a $175 fee to be seen. We were there for 20 minutes, she peed in a cup, a doctor came in to give her a prescription for antibiotics and we were on our way.
That apparently becomes, in out of pocket terms:
Doctor fee = $197
Urology lab = $75
Clinic fee = $4,600
Almost $5,000 out of pocket billed to me for a single urine test, 20 minutes sitting in a bed, and a prescription. This better be a fuck of of epic proportions on their end otherwise I'll be seeking every single possible avenue, legal or otherwise. That's ridiculous beyond ridiculous.
Still waiting to hear back on their resolution. Though to clarify, that's a bill we received while on private, employer sponsored health insurance. When we had to visit that facility a few years ago (when she was on the Colorado healthcare exchange supported by the Obamacare expansion), she received much more attention and paid a grand total of $0.01 for those services. I would gladly trade my benefits (LOL!) now for the ones she had then.

We were paying about $550 a month now its up too over $1200 a month for our family with a much higher deductible. I had ACL reconstructive surgery in December 2013, my day of surgery deductible was only $100! I'm having elbow surgery this coming Dec and I'm afraid to even want to know what it is. I'm guessing between $1500-$2500. It just sucks big time!
