... the cheapest option when it comes to undergrad (MSU). Surprisingly, with all things considered, Montana was significantly less than CU *or* Mines..
I guess it's not bad compared to CO but...

The place next door was for sale 2 weeks ago and already under contract bc underpriced.

It's been parent-owned college housing off and on over the years.

I can't imagine buying a house for a kid's undergrad but I barely can afford glasses let alone a monocle (or N+1 at the moment, #sad trombone)

Floating down the whiskey river...
No work for me today. Which is just as well as my car decided to fuck up yesterday on my way back from work. On top of that, i apparently owe my bank $288 dollars which i knew nothing about and they closed my account. Well, fuck that bank and i transferred my direct deposit to paypal until i can get an account with a credit union, which requires money that i dont have because my bank closed my account. FTS.:banghead:

And Bozeangelas has one of the best locations in the entire country, IMO.

Except Bozo is full of Denver Expats...:bonk:
In my 19 years here (WTF, how did I get so old?!?) I'd say it's more east coasters (NJ/NY), followed by Wisconsin/Minne-soda with a few westerners (Californicaters/OR/WA) thrown in.

Population has grown ~25% in 10 years but still no Trader Joes #Thanks Obama

Prices are continuing to rise because of wealthy retirees, and other emigres downsizing from even higher priced real estate locales...

Plenty of deals to be found in Butte, or Eastern Montucky

In a sign of the times our Meat Shoppe (with homemade bison jerky) lost its lease and location is to become our 3rd "fancy" yarn store.

Most "working class" folks come for a few years, realize they'll never get ahead here and move on.

My wife keeps forwarding me MLS listings for places that would double our paltry $818.99 mortgage -- FTS

In the cleavage of the Tetons
My wife owned a yarn store in JH for twenty years (concurrent with being a CPA), there were some great years and some lean years. They are mostly owned by ‘older’ housewives with other sources of income...She sold it a few years ago.

I suspect that both of cadamos' hands were crushed in a filing cabinet door, rendering an update impossible, in return for him snitching for the Man.

You're a terrible story teller

:stosh:
My bad... outline of events are as follows;

12:30pm - HR lady struggles to fit the cake into fridge in the lunch room.

12:30-3:00 - yadda yadda yadda

3:00-4:00pm - Employee meeting. Cake still intact .

4:00pm-6:52pm - yadda yadda yadda

6:53pm - Suspect strolls into cafeteria and pulls lunch bag from fridge. Suspect returns to fridge and peaks in the cake box.

6:54pm-6:56pm - Suspect walks away from the fridge for two minutes and leaves the fridge door open like a savage.

6:56pm - Suspect returns with plate objects, bends down and proceeds to fuckin' scoop cake out of the box. Suspect is now identified as Cake Thief.

6:57pm - Cake Thief returns to table where he put his lunch bag and chows down.

....

6:00am - Following morning: HR manager sends email to IT, marked as VERY IMPORTANT (and read receipt requested), asking that the cameras be reviewed.
