What's wrong is DH parks being full of people on "trail" bikes picking there way down trails so those of us on DH bikes are constantly blocked.

I'm nothing special on a bike and will gladly walk sections of double-black when required. And I know lots of people can outride me on their "Enduro" bikes. But it seems like 75% of riders at DH resorts are now on bikes and trails unsuited to their skills levels.

You'd love skiing then. You can experience that same phenomenon wherein people slide slowly sideways down a mogul field then say they slayed it when back at the lodge. That's not skiing, people.

I reckon its just trails getting busier. There have always been joeys and squids on the trails. Just seems like there's more of them now. As my mate said today "MTB is the new golf" Its getting super popular and trails are getting busier and dumber.

I have been saying that cycling is the new golf for years.
A high % of the riders that travel interstate and international to ride the trail network at derby are 40 plus on mid to highland bikes that have been riding a few years. In the past these guys would have been playing golf as their exercise and entertainment. Now it’s riding green and blue trails.

DH resorts with chair lift access are like e-bikes and the like, easy access to harder trails...

I fully endorse the return of the SuperGnar® squirrel catchers on all black trails at the parks.

Uphill Flow - The Book!
Riding Technique and informations all around the eMountainbike included. Available online and in Book Stores.
After 2 years work of Markus Greber and me at the main Locations in La Palma and at Lake Garde we are proud to present it now.
Writing and making a book is an interesting process! Millions of discussions, thinking in details and keeping a way to explain the things easy and logic. Thats the hardest part! Thanks Markus Greber, who put all his journalist experience to achieve that goal. And all the theories come along with amazing pictures made by Markus, that motivate you strongly to take your eMTB and flow uphill in the woods.
In the pictures you do not only find me on the pictures.
Its a big honor that Greta Weithaler and Hans No Way Rey are joining the project. Greta Mrs. Uphill Flow, as the first women who entered the eMTB world with a true and honest passion and Hans as a trend maker with his visionary view who understood that trend already long time ago. Grazie Mille!
And a very deep „Thank you“ to Mr. Claus Fleischer! He gave a special „Momentum“ to the birth and growth of the Uphill Flow Feeling in the Mountainbike World. Without him the development of that MTB discipline that so many people are joining already would not have been possible. And with the right riding techniques more and more people will fall in love with the ne possibilities

Basically, this
Exactly. I was hoping to find a video of the track because they mention multiple times "a track that's specially designed for eBikes and caters to the advantages of the eBike. The Uphill Flow Trail therefore incorporates the relevant elements such as banked curves and small tables, i.e. uphill jumps."

Hear me out... what if you could put your bicycle on a ski-type lift or in/on the back of your car or truck... and then have that lift or vehicle take your bicycle to the top of a mountain?

First you uphill orderly, then put your ecycle on a ski-type lift or in the back of your car or truck and safely make it down to the bottom of the hill without risking any injuries...

Then you get blocked by assholes on trail bikes trying to ride DH trails, see my post above.
