    Voodoo is correct! West has some BS prepay for an amount of riders guaranteed before they will consider opening the lifts. I could be up for Platty on Sunday if you interested give me a call.

    Agree! Judging by the dropping numbers @ MTX and DS races it may actually help get more people back into things. The bigger advantage that I see is cost...$5-10 for a BMX race vs. $25-40 for MTX/DS and based on the current procedures for MTX/DS you could hike up a hill for a few hours and get...

    West Mountain NY opening for DH/FR

    As stated by Jim Mac and Batts65.... I have also put many hours into trail building on that mountain over the course of their 3 years on and off that they were open to Mt Biking. I don't think that mountain has the guidance or ambition for that matter to open for biking and be successful...

    CBJ, how's it going? I didn't ride w/ Profro, but I did manage to keep breaking parts off my bike! I managed a respectable 3:20 in my race run without a drivetrain(ripped the hanger and everything off 2x on Sat)and I crashed once. I think dropping all that excess weight might have helped...
