the direct mount bolts I would change every year (or atleast check them and if they feel weird turning they may be bent). those things take way more of a beating than you're face plate bolts. I've seen the direct mount bolts shear or bend after a bike was in a crash (and from just a landing)...

I would suggest a 4x course, dual is rad and all but thats not what we should set up our athletes for. 4x is stick in WC most likely so a 4x track would make more sense.

stans ztr arches on hopes with super comps. built those up are super strong and have been hammering them for over a year and still true and circular. Oh and they almost weigh 1600g
i have their "basic" shoe. road probably once or twice before my shoulder surgery at a bmx track. they were rad. however after 1 week the lace eyelets were tearing out and after 3 a whole on the side (where your toes bed) started to form. about 2 months later the holes huge.

To my knowledge most course have to have some sort of UCI race on it prior to it being a WC. Also they are using some of the older course from GES/ProGRT races so yeah I would say some of it has been rode. They will most likely make a few changes though
