    As much as id love to thru hike it, dont think I can disapear for 6 months. However, I am planning on hiking the NC section (from GA to TN), it shouldnt take more than a month and is much much more cost efficient. I was just seeing if anyone had any good advice, or cool stories.

    His cruiser is set up for racing, so im looking at something that I can throw around on some urban and not worry so much about breaking it on the jumps. The thing I like about the cruiser is the manuverability of it.

    Well, I just got done cutting a new section of trials behind my house and there are alot of briars laying around. Over the past 3 rides ive had 3 flats. Is there anything I can do to help prevent flats? Are there thicker tubes out there that are "flat resistant" or a somthing? :confused:

    sorry its been so long since ive replied last but computers been down. But yea performance is pretty close to me and I normally check the stuff out online then go and get it localy. I try to support the LBS' around here as much as possible. Does anyone have any experience with the x517 rims though?
