so my bike got stolen here in durango colorado at a singlespeed worlds party. so now im out a bike and wanting to buy a ss 29er. any suggestions on what bikes?
i would really like a Ramble Tamble from van dessel. but unfortunatly my price range cant burst too far over 1200
there are some trails that are mostly in trees but work their way into open meadows and back, but other trails are very exposed and can get hot. in june temps can get into the uppers 80s and lower 90s on plenty of days but not all, on these days to avoid heat and crowds, ride morning, just my advice
look hes right, front range is crowed and all shutable trails are not shuttle specific and you better have a cow bell and not haul too much ass if you do shuttle. i can tell you some shuttle trails in durango however that are DH trails
telluride is very expansive. if you have a car some cheaper but not many and lower quality eating places can be found in sawpit which is further north on hwy 145. i live in durango and visit telluride frequently, and thats what i do
Due to cold weather and lots of water the colligete race will be lots of fun this weekend right here at the fort. log chutes will be a fun fast DH as alwyas and Horse Gultch will kick ass. That climb on XC is killer to do multiple times but itll be sick. and be ready for a fast smooth flat ST...
where is it in relation to CSU? like if f*ed camping wit my team could i crash in a freinds dorm and ride to the resort in the mornings? ill be riding with the fort
uh keystone and WP have rentals right at the resort, i belive sol vista would be best to rent in the town of Winter Park since you drive right through it. keystone is awsome, there is nothing their you cant go around, multiple trails and some gnarly (but not required) drops and some great wooden...
