That is EXACTLY what happened to me years ago (resulting in a year of physical therapy, internal bleeding in my leg, needle drainage of said blood on multiple occasions, yadda, yadda, yadda...); only "my" driver was a middle aged woman who did the same thing - and then admitted right in...- tammy

2006 BURN 24 Hour Challenge
Looking for a Duo teammate to do this race with me. I've been off the bike for a little while over the winter due to injury and working on recovery, so am not quite prepared yet (or willing) to do it solo this time around. Dark Mountain Race pics thread
Thanks Profro! (I've really only had one guy actually say the flash bothered him and that was a few years ago). For me personally, I LOVE seeing a flash when I'm racing cuz that usually means not only did somebody get a picture of me (yeah, I'm a ham), but also probably a good bright one. ;) t -

This is really sad news. During one of my rest breaks, I heard that someone was seriously injured. I'm so sorry to learn that the news was true. I have sent Kathy an e-mail, and will be keeping her and Meredith both in my thoughts. Please keep us updated on his condition. t -

Terrible news....ladies opinion requested...
Hi Rhino, Yes, Jill is correct. I had to have Zakisha put down due to a broken leg (this after enduring two colic surgeries, plus multiple surgeries to try and save the leg, all within a single terrible year). I did in fact keep a lock of her mane which I attached to her stall nameplate, so...- tammy
