Ok here's the deal. The rebound was way too high on my fork so I changed the oil to 15 weight filling it 45-50 mm from the top with the springs out on both sides. Put 12 psi in each air cap and the rebound is still like a pogo stick! When I took the fork apart to fill with oil I didn't see...
I just got a d.street 24 for my dirt jumping, park bike and i added about 10 psi to each leg and went to go ride it and it tops out horribly. It doesn't have adjustable rebound but it seems to top out harder if you put more air pressure in. What should I do?
nah its not chainline. i'm going to get my mechanic this week to take a look at it. he thought it sounded like too much chain too. right now i'm not worried about it since my next race isn't until october 1st. I'll try taking some links out this week and get some pics if that doesn't work...
I've been running my sram x.9 on my demo 8 for a little while and I've never been able to shift into my highest (9th) gear because the body of the derailleur hits the derailleur hanger. I don't have pics now but if any of you demo owner's know what I'm talking about please tell me. Thanks.
Dude I had this same one on my my demo 8 for like a month and it makes weird nosies. IMO its a piece of ****. Why can't they make bottom brackets like bmx companies do?? The bmx ones last forever.
