got a good burn going. Did an hour of cardio followed by one hour of weight lifting. I have it up to 10 stations and added 10 pounds to all the lifts. Ankle seems to be holding up to the leg work> Squats, lower leg extensions and calf curls plus the elliptical. now for a beer, shower, and sleep
