I'm doing that since they're already essentially booked for bikes I'd want to try for the Friday evening-Sun morning shift. I'm guessing it'll be hot.

Whistler success. Trails dried up as if I'd ordered them to. Not a brake bump to be found on dirt merchant.

It was glorious.

Rode a little bit of the tech stuff up on Garbo, but decided to retreat to the jumpy trails. Not often they're in such good shape, so we decided to make the most of it rather than squirm around up in the sketchy slopfest.

Good morning slackers. Wasn't gonna do much today but I woke up at 4:30am and have friends that are skiing in Rocky Mountain National Park so if figured WTHN?

So ya'll been seeing all those "JTFC it's so facking HOT OMG my balls are roasting!!!111!!1 one" posts around here? Yeah... turns out 5-6 days is all it takes to go from pretty decent summer skiing to can't-even-find-11-feet-of-continuous-snow conditions in this heat, even at 12K feet. Good news is, high country is gonna be opening up soon. #not2bad
