Effing good burn going. One hour of hill repeats on the elliptical and I held it in the cardio zone the whole time. I followed that up with an hour of weight lifting. I did 6 sets of 20 reps of leg extensions, rows, curls, bench press, and lat pulls, and 6 sets of 30 reps of leg press and 300 sit ups in sets of 50.
All Road apart from the first and last quarter miles, down Lookout, along Easley Rd, anti-clockwise loop of Standley Lake in Westminster and then back along Easley, up Lookout.
