They are the new US distributor. Matt seems like a great guy to deal with and good for getting custom spec'd Hope brake systems from. He can set you up with the 2pc rotors in any size and has severak anodized colors for the Hope levers and caliper plugs.
He has eleven frames on order, due in soon, including a couple of TST's $6074.99 out the door. Think I'll take 2 at that price so I have a spare. :D

G-BOXX all the way. Death to the derailleur. End of discussion.

I almost won a brand new 03 bronze anodized ufo ds on german ebay the other day... final price for the frame without a shock was around 500 euros... goddamn I should've bid higher. The same seller had listed a new raw 04 helius st (no shock here either) as well... went for approx. 500 euros. Deal of a lifetime and I lost...

I'm all depressed now, thanks for ripping the scars open!! :mumble: :D

Other than the apparent looks difference, what are the main differences between the Lamda ST and Helius ST? Both are about 6.5"-8" bikes, both can handle an 888. One is slightly more slack, and the other has a full seat tube and can take a ft der if you give up some travel. Is there a big strength and weight difference? Do they use the same size shock (same leverage)?

I like the TFR. Its says Fox DHX 3.0 or 4.0. Whats the difference? I dont know much about the DHX. Any idea on the price of the TFR? Also, it says the bike is limited to a singlecrown but in the action shot it has a Super T on it? Whats up?

Compound Rearhub: This innovative technology allows for a faster and simpler removal of the rear wheel without getting your hands dirty. The chain, rear cog and disc brake stay attached to the frame. The wheel is coupled to the transmission part via a positive fitting and fixed with a thru axle. This hub system comes standard on the Nucleon TFR and TST models.

cool stuff

DHX 5.0 : air pressure adj. (high speed compression), pro-pedal, volume adj (bottom-out)

DHX 4.0 : air pressure, pro-pedal

DHX 3.0 : air pressure

a quick look to the FOX site next time :nope:

Ha! That's one site I never check for up-to-date info. Heck, the Forx were entering their second year of aftermarket sales before the prototype CAD drawings and info was updated!

how does the lub from the chain not get onto the disc? I guess you'd have to use wax to lubricate the chain.

From the right side the TST is one of the cleanest looking bikes I've ever seen.

Its too bad they slap in you in the face by making you pay more money for the better shock. That is bad marketing. They should just raise the price 200 and not insult thier buyers with that option. No one is going to spend 7000 on a frame and settle for a secondary shock. :nope:

Naa, its all about the 2MXTB. Its just too dam bad that price on the frame is closer to my entire budget then the 300-550 im planning for the frame.

dude, its like totally a collectors item. Sure as hell keep its value more than a Trek VRX....

edit: a liked the ST more....
Don't worry, she's not going anywhere...I love her too much.

As for the rest of the bikes on the site, yeah I'm surprised they're still running the Lambda frame. That's been around for years hasn't it??

with the weak dollar right now its incredible stupid to buy a bike from euroland...

over 6000 US for a frame with rearhub and rohloff/g-boxx shifting...

How many people have Nicolais? How can you get better pricing? I would think for 6000-7000 they wouldn't sell many.

i don't think there is much you can do.
here wholesale prices weren't that much lower then retail in the past,
and i don't know how much the US customs charge for imports from european union
