This is my new bike. Bolted together with a load of parts moved across from my 303R where those bits fitted. Even with the budget parts, it came out at 39lb's.

Initial Impressions -
- Short TT, long WB - gives it this combination of being really manouverable but yet super stable.
- Slack headangle not an issue. I'm running it at 63 degrees at the moment, and I don't think I'll need to change it.
- Sprints well, and carries speed really well.
- Well thought out, well put together frame - really nice. And Lifetime warranty is a total bonus.

Need way more time on the bike to tell though!

Where have you been? My whole Teams Glorys where under 40lbs in 2009.

haha actually stopped riding from 2007-2010 so I guess I wasn't around. Anyway, what parts helped drop the weight to sub 40lbs, but still held up to abuse? It's easy to put a stupid light wheelset on and run single ply tires, but that won't last long.

Yes, I have a glory and really like it, but I'm on the fence about spending money to drop weight or sell it and spend the money towards a new glory.

Its kinda funny people dont belive in a sub 40lbs glory and they do in a 32lbs v10. The weight differance between those frames isnt 8lbs ;)
