Just had long conversation with dietician about my current diet and cholesterol levels. Apparently I need to eat more vegetables and workout more. Might also have some substantial platelet issues potentially, but not necessarily related to my diet. Yeah fun.

Someone knocked on my door at 11:00 PM last night just as I was going to bed. My dog will go completely ape shit when someone is at the door and I encourage him, and he did an admirable job.
