If I flick the fat on one side of my body and the wave goes around to the other than I know it's time to do something. A week of riding to work usually takes care of it.

I'm at 181 right now, and that's about as big as I've ever been. I should drop back down around 168 once I get back on a regular exercise schedule.

A bit over 5'9"...a bit over 180 lbs. I guess I'm kind of a stout dude naturally. Over the summer I ate very little, backpacked about 300 miles, went on an mtb vacation for a month and kept a regular exercise sched besides that...and I only got down to about 173 at the lowest.

I've been sitting at 250 since the end of last race season. I got down to 238 and tore my knee 6 weeks ago. Today I stepped on the scale at 253 and I will be at the gym for a while now.

My goal is 210 this year, but I doubt it will happen. I "should" be 215 for my frame. My knee doctor said there is no chance for a fourth surgery on this knee, there isn't anything left to take out.

My weight rarely fluctuates that much, it's the amount of fat v. muscle that changes. I'm 6' 1" and hover around 195-200 most of the time. Sometimes that translates to a lean and mean machine, other times...not so much.
