Not really. Just ligament damage in my knee that hopefully was fixed by surgery.fluff said:Anything interesting?
It's hard to sprain that area. It tends to regain its shape surprisingly well.BurlyShirley said:Sprained rectum prolly.

A cross bike I use as my road bike/training bike and my 04 Blur. I ride about 2-3 times a week.
No, I'd like to, but family "vacations" (which are guilt driven trips to visit family............ ) have cut into my training time. I'd like to know what the course is at Burns Park (I road ride there almost once a week) in preparation for next year. I've ridden several trails around Burns Park but I can't figure out how the organizers would make a race out of them.........so I'm curious what the course layout is.N8 said:u riding the Three Legged Dog at Burns Park Sun???

Three Legged Dawg MT Bike Race Course, 8.5 miles
Well marked course, you can't get lost. You'll love it. 80% single track, 20% double. This thing has it all. Some sections are tight and twisty, others are big chain ring, a couple of knurly downhill's, climbing, rocks roots and trees.... Man this thing is fun!!!!!
Focus on the important things....like a wok....sheesh....The Amish said:I got a kitchen full of brooklyns.................Aint life a B

MizN8 says they are an investment in my health and well being. She ditched her Trek Fuel for my old Stumpjumper, but with the news that Specialized is making 2 (maybe 3) 29er for 2007, she may be upgrading soon.
