cool shot! Do you have that in a larger size - maybe desktop background size?
If so, could you fire it my way via email?
Thanks!
Mark

Thanks! I am diggin the blue blue sky as well in that pic.....nothing better than blue sky and bikes IMO - well at least nothing better for me right now. (well except for time with my sons - that rules above all!).chromegoddess said:the higher res version is at another location. i'll pick it up soon and will send it to you then. i don't think it's as good a photo as the one of marcus, but i do love that blue blue sky...
hey Knucks - hit us some pics of that rig post ride. I wanna see some dirt on it!Knuckleslammer said:She's alright I guess. What other wife would let her hubby spend 3500 on a frame and a total of 5000 on the bike a couple months after building another 3000 trail bike. I'm not rich either, just always have a way to scrounge up money for bikes somehow. F-IRAQ, GOD BLESS THE USA. Sorry, know the pic is a repost, but I don't have a FQ yet to put up
Here's my latest build. Love this phucking thing. Rides like a cloud. 5th element coil on the way soon from IH.

Oh no you don't! I've been wanting a new FQ mainframe(?) with longer TT forever! Get in line!sikocycles said:I am waiting on something special and when Doc builds a run of Fqs with a longer toptube I will be first in line....
The first Mini and Avalanche prototype -chromegoddess said:was testing prototype for avalanche
Are you talking about Doc's bike? The one you dropped in Snowshoe at awards?chromegoddess said:yeah, that fork on the mini. was testing prototype for avalanche, doubtful it would have ended up there otherwise.
the snowshoe bike is different than the white one in the pic. but umm...thanks for bringing that up. NOT!!! wasn't really my fault it dropped, i was the merely the scapegoat. that was funny though...when the swarm of medal hungry racers silenced after the crashing sound and "ooooooh'd in unison. good lawd, my face must have been beet red.Repack said:Are you talking about Doc's bike? I am a friend (I hope?) of CG and was just giving her s*. There were like 1,000 things going on at once for both her and Doc at the time of the exchange. The result was that Doc's bike tipped over and landed only on its BMW bar cap. No harm, no foul. There were no toe-tags, or even hurt feelings for that matter. It was funny b/c everyone who heard the noise knew what it was (even if they didn't see it) and made appropriate noises.macmx said:What happened at Snowshoe? You dropped a bike, so what?...
so does(did?) the TMXDHS said:macmx, my Racelink comes the same way with the cable guide.
CG, thanks for that lovly piece of mail.
If Knucks is as tall as me, as he says he is, I wouldn't recommend it. You could probably use it well enough for DH and stuff, where you're going to be on your front brake alot. I actually thought af buying one of the 150mm Shermans for putting on when riding DH, but I decided to get a new 5" instead.Shortbus said:6" is not a lot for the mini but it does raise the front quite a bit. Matter of preference i think.
Try having 4 feet long legs.Shortbus said:I agree to disagree
