I can't tell either. The Rolex I got in Singapore was solid 22k gold and looked great. The ones they sell in Dubai are even nicer (and cheaper).

get a seiko, great watches for the money. i got an orange seiko "monster" dive watch. also have a g shock as a beater when i am biking. i wear a watch at all times
