He's in Taiwan, so my guess is rice.
I really don't eat much rice, maybe once a week and usually with indian food more than anything else. We do eat a lot of pork though. Free range bacon just wandering around everywhere

Wetsand grit 300 + elbow grease, work your way back to grit 400 after cutting through to the decals.
As for lacquer a 2 pack clear, there are some good aerosol cans out there with a nice fan cap.

Can any tell me if I could fit size L cheekpads in my size XL Fox V3R? I was under the impression that some helmet sizes share the same shell and EPS, and its the actual padding that fits it to the specific size. If thats the case, my XL fits great, but I would like to see if I could get it a little more "fitted" feel in the cheek area by going to a thicker cheek pad.

Ive been given a D2 that some has sanded the paint off, although they have used some really rough sandpaper. What should I flatten it with? 2000 wet and dry that is wet?
