Ride finished. The mapped route was a bit ambitious. Set goal was test leg reserve with a segment just before finishing, a short rolling punch with a 15% gradient hidden in it then a 4% runout to the end. Started my kick out of the saddle (mile 78.5) and had nothing in the tank. But - rode though some really heavy cramping twice. Has to be Gels/Gummies for fuel while riding. Have not done gels in many years, they'd give immediate severe cramping all the time. Chose Honey Stinger Gummies for a 1st try - could tell that I'd be rejecting them after just one.

Back from skiing. Started day holding Hannah up by her pack. Ended 9 runs in 2.5hrs later at full length on the pack leashes, mostly keeping her speed on check.

All done, Yay!
I’m getting really good at Cushcore installs now, only took a few minutes. Even on a little noodle up and down the road I can notice they are lighter. The front especially feels so light now.
