My seatbelt and I are good buddies. It bugs me when people sit in the backseat and don't wear one. It's such a simple thing to do, like wearing a helmet

There is this brutal ass commerical in the UK about this. The commercial shows a car crash in which the unbelted rear seat passenger is thrown forward into the driver (his mother) killing her. Blood and the whole bit. From then on I've always worn my seatbelt in the backseat.

If I'm driving, everyone in the vehicle wears a seatbelt. Period.
