ya think its too soccer mom?In my opinion, it's a unibody piece of crap. Decide what you want to drive and get the real deal.
Not so much soccer mom as plain old fashion fuglyya think its too soccer mom?
but functional no doubt. I dot think its that ugly. Not so much soccer mom as plain old fashion fugly
Taco, tundra if you ever plan on towing/hauling people on a regular basis.BTW, my other option is a tacoma or a tundra doublecabs
dont plan on towing, the ride of the RL is supposed to be way nicer.Taco, tundra if you ever plan on towing/hauling people on a regular basis.
Diesel is the futureyou Brits obviously dont guzzle enough gas to know.
is this mommy and daddy's way of buying you out? Clearly, after reading only a couple of your post your not going to attend any sort of college...We are thinking of getting on for me to drive. Anyone have one, and how do you like it?
Why are idiot parents buying their idiot children giant vehicles these days as their first cars? Is it a rich parent thing? If you feel the need to dump copious amounts of money on your retard childs car, at least buy them something thats more unlikely to kill a Crown Vic full of old people.is this mommy and daddy's way of buying you out? They need to put you in Toyota Camry with a 4 cylinder or something...Brand new drivers shouldn't own cars that weigh more than 3000lbs, especially ones with the literary function of the OP.
Just so you know, Camrys weigh in at just over 3100 lbs....Brand new drivers shouldn't own cars that weigh more than 3000lbs, especially ones with the literary function of the OP.
Case in point. The only situation where a truck hauls bikes better than a car is when shuttling with a whole lot of bikes in the bed. Plus with a car you can lock the bikes to the roof, lock the gear in the truck and leave the whole cabin free for people, nuch more comfortable on a long trip. This what i use to haul my bikes and friends. I have 4 trays for the rack if needed. Does what i need and gets 35mpg +.
Funny, I have been driving my moms toyota camry 4cylinder. She likes the fact that the Ridgeline is super safe. So when I crash, I might not get hurt. we arent exactly rich. and Im not into the whole burningout and driving way fast thing(wastes chit load of gas). I like the trunk in the bed thing, its pretty nice inside, and its japanesse, so i can druve it into the ground. Why are idiot parents buying their idiot children giant vehicles these days as their first cars? Get an Odyssey. It's got more "truckiness" than the Ridgeline.about 20, she wants to get it so she can use the truckyness if she needs too
My friends wouldnt like me any more....Get an Odyssey. It's got more "truckiness" than the Ridgeline.
Sounds like you've got $hitty friends. My friends wouldnt like me any more....
fine then, the chicks wouldnt like me anymoreSounds like you've got $hitty friends.
It would be easier to nail them in an Odyssey than in a Ridgeline.fine then, the chicks wouldnt like me anymore
That's saying the chicks like you nowfine then, the chicks wouldnt like me anymore
First off wich BMW are you driving with a 4 banger that's "fast as hell" there hasn't been one of those since the e30. If it's newer than an e30 it's definitly not a death trap, probly pretty damn safe.I have been driving the BMW, it has a 4 clyinder, and its fast as hell, but its a death trap
The ridgeline has a trunk.
Ok, it not "fast as hell" but its pretty fun, and quick. And yes it is a death trap. 96 BMW Z3 1.9 hahahahahaFirst off wich BMW are you driving with a 4 banger that's "fast as hell" there hasn't been one of those since the e30. Yes I guess the Ridgeline does technicaly have a trunk, but what do you do when you stop for lunch and need your jacket out of the trunk, you have to empty everything out of the bed to get to the truck that's pretty lame. It does give you the convenience of a car trunk around town, and the bed gives the convenience of a roof rack for hauling bikes, but you can't really use both of them at once.lthumbsdown:
I would also assume that any access road to an open trail is in at least halfway maintained condition wich meens that except during or after heavy rainfall a sedan will make it down the road just fine, and you shouldn't be riding trails after heavy rainfall anyhow. A Honda Accord can make it through any trail rated 3 or lower out of 10 no sweat, a Ridgeline mite be able to push it to a 4-5 trail, but with it's crappy pasengercar tires it's going to have grip, and punture issues on anything over a 3.
Again, if you need a truck, get a real truck, if not get a real car not a halfway inbetween POS Ridgeline.
ummm no it isnt, its still gas just with 25mpg more than gas, hydrogen peroxide is the fuel of the future, it exhausts itself as water rather than carbon monoxide, and is a replenishable resource, and can be produced currently for about 3.00$ (US), which is .50 cents more than gas but eventually (once it is in larger production) will be undoubtedly lower than gasDiesel is the future
ouch...That's saying the chicks like you now
Plus its fun to pour it on cuts and watch it bubble.ummm no it isnt, its still gas just with 25mpg more than gas, hydrogen peroxide is the fuel of the future, it exhausts itself as water rather than carbon monoxide, and is a replenishable resource, and can be produced currently for about 3.00$ (US), which is .50 cents more than gas but eventually (once it is in larger production) will be undoubtedly lower than gas
Kids these days... what the Hell is wrong with them? Not too bright, I think. It would be easier to nail them in an Odyssey than in a Ridgeline.
