It was previously discussed that donnie would sell US gold reserves to buy bitcoin. This may well be a prelude to this; ‘it’s safer, and maybe buy some $trump as well to be extra safe’ or just a absolutely blatant attempt at prejustification for amazing finding that omg we took our team there and guess what guys some of the gold has actually vanished. Wow. Where could it be?
Kindergarten levels of foreshadowing their own behaviour.

First big test of whether the guardrails of our society still even operate, the EO about birthright citizenship is going to the supreme court.

Either the constitution is real and changing it requires a 2/3 majority in both houses, or it's not and the president can rewrite it at will. There's no middle ground.

Regardless of your opinion on birthright citizenship, anyone who thinks this EO is a good idea must be just gagging for Daddy "King" Trump to fuck them. The supreme court has already decided that presidents are not legally responsible for their actions, if they also decide that a single presidential signature trumps the US constitution, I'm not sure if there's a point to our system of government.

If this happens, and there are no mass riots, its going to be downhill from there.

In contrast, a 59% majority of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents say many of the country’s problems could be addressed more effectively if Trump didn’t need to worry so much about Congress or the courts. Republicans who say they ‘strongly’ identify with the GOP are particularly likely to say the nation’s problems could be more effectively addressed by giving Trump more power: 78% say this.

Thats a whole lot of people supporting king Trump.

I do not think its an educational problem. I have fairly educated friends (doctors, lawyers) who believe the end justifies the means, and a king-like presidential figure is acceptable. Some people just love a dictator who is on "their" side.
Its more of an ethical/worldview thing.

to be clear, “their side” is more about being able to exercise power over everyone else, bully, avenge perceived (emphasis perceived) wrongs and get revenge on others. This is what they “love”. Just look at Brian’s posts. Its not so much the dictator part, thats just the vessel.

Just want to throw it out there that seriously if any of you do seriously want to try and head over to Wellington at any point, I am happy to try and help out with local logistics for soft landing services, temporary accommodation, intro to other friendly yanks etc.

I'll be willing to admit All the way with Donnie J was likely not in direct contact w/ anyone involved in this disgusting news article, am not blaming.

11-year-old girl dies

At the end of the day, it's something unprecedented; completely and entirely responsible due to what example gets set and set-again.

Disgusting.

The mother said the school knew the bullying was taking place but did not inform her of it.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The layoffs of roughly 7,000 IRS probationary workers beginning this week likely mean the end of the agency’s plan to go after high-wealth tax dodgers and could spell disaster for revenue collections, experts say.

The majority of employees shown the door at the federal tax collector are newly hired workers focused on compliance, which includes ensuring that taxpayers are abiding by the tax code and paying delinquent debts, among other duties.

The IRS layoffs, one of the largest purges of probationary workers this year across the government, could also hurt customer service and tax return processing during tax season this year, the union representing Treasury Department employees warned Thursday.

The upheaval comes less than two months before the tax filing deadline and as the Department of Government Efficiency under Trump adviser Elon Musk seeks to shrink the size of the federal workforce in an effort to radically cut spending and restructure the government’s priorities.

Former NFL punter Chris Kluwe was arrested in California on Tuesday after protesting against what he said was a tribute to the Maga movement.

Kluwe attended a city council meeting in Huntington Beach and spoke out against the decision to erect a plaque at a local library. The plaque features the words “Magical, Alluring, Galvanizing and Adventurous” and the city commission confirmed it was a reference to Maga.

“Maga is profoundly corrupt, unmistakably anti-democracy and most importantly, Maga is explicitly a Nazi movement,” Kluwe, who was part of the Minnesota Vikings for most of his career, said. “You may have replaced a swastika with a red hat, but that’s what it is.”

That guy has been a yuge driving force in the now ubiquitous toxic bro culture. Being called an Alpha Male used to mean that you looked out for those who are weaker. Now it means you target them. Fuck Joe Rogan and all his frat boy bros !

Yes. Yes he did.

Though if we're being honest, it's surprising that it's taken Steve Bannon this long.
White nationalist Nick Fuentes characterized both Musk’s and Bannon’s gestures as a “Roman salute.” Nevertheless, he called it “sick” on his podcast Thursday, adding: "It's getting a little uncomfortable even for a guy like me!”
Does this imply that there is a difference between white nationalists and nazis ?
