Someone did a review of the Tesla Y model on youtube.... I haven't watched the video yet, I've been too busy laughing at the comment section!
Yes a comment section that you should read!

I can't tell it apartheid from the previous model

I love the new ‘superior race’ drive mode.it’s just so incredibly fast. Goes from 0 to 88 in just 1 tweet.

The new model Y has incognito mode, changes the map to Argentina and gives you spanish name.

After a test drive I asked the salesman how much the deposit is...he slapped me across the face with his leather glove and shouted "Vee vill ask the questions!!!"

Does it come in Reich-hand drive?

Those are my people over there.
I can’t wait for other countries to tell Musk/Tesla to fuck off as well.

What an idiot! Trump has Musk looking at all the frivolous unnecessary spending. We're in debt up to our ass, and that is how you get out of that debt. Here is sample list of USAID expenses:

If an individual feels strongly about some of these projects they can personally donate their own money. This should not be a burden on the tax payer.

Now just wait until Musk gets to the Pentagon spending!

I'm pretty sure this is poopdecking, but in a surprise to absolutely no one who isn't gargling Trump's balls while being pegged by Elon, the claims they are making are at best, spurious.

"“USAID procures condoms for around $0.05 apiece,” he wrote. “$50m would be ONE BILLION condoms. What’s going on here is NOT a billion condoms for Gaza. What’s going on is that the bros at DOGE apparently can’t read govt spreadsheets.”"

  • $32,000 for a transgender comic in Peru
Lol, absolutely false.
The comic, "The power of education", produced by the US Embassy to help prospective international students navigate the legal process.
Nothing transgender on it. The main character is gay though. Thats it.

It was marketing material to get more intl students, who pay 3x in-state tuition, into the US.

It’s like the US bought a billion condoms for 1.8 million people living in Gaza, most of them women and children, because they really know how to party. Clearly wasteful spending and not some high school dropout miss reading a single entry on a line item budget and hitting the delete button. Nah couldn’t be that.

What doesn’t make ANY FUCKING SENSE is that traditionally, dictatorships want to suppress fertility of their targets (often using involuntary sterilization). I would think (even if it were true, which it is not) that broad availability of condoms would REDUCE the population growth. Fucking morons, all around.

We are $39T in debt, therefore it should not be taxpayer funded. It should be privately funded.

I don't wade in here very often, but... Does...does Brain think any of that money "saved" will actually go to anything other than lining the pockets of the oligarchy?

Like, it'll go to tax breaks for non-billionaires? Or funding infrastructure/healthcare/any other worthwhile pursuit? Or that most of his list isn't actual bullshit?

Oh that sweet summer child.

I know people who said how crazy musk was in one breath, but still were considering a Tesla in their next. That was a few months ago. I’m curious if they’ve changed their tune.

I know someone who worked at SpaceX and quit last year, and they couldn’t be happier. I also know someone who was working there and might still be. We aren’t close, but I’m tempted to check in and find out if they’ve left yet.

Tesla sales have tanked and it's all been because of how publicly insane he is now. I know the board is trying to remove him as CEO.

Don't remember if it was pre or post COVID, but I remember looking at some jobs at SpaceX. They were hiring A&Ps like crazy for a while and were paying pretty good money with what sounded at the time like basically unlimited over time. But you didn't have to dig too deep to find horror story after horror story about what the work and culture were like, that the OT was basically mandatory, and how bad turn over was. I wasn't going to pack up my family and move to LA for that kind of bullshit.

Tesla & SpaceX are customers of mine. They are also customers of my customers. Weird culture through and through. I was asked last week to join a visit to Tesla in Palo Alto as part of a sales / marketing call. Currently doing everything I can to evade that visit…
