Eurobike 2009 coverage

Where is the Transition Bikes coverage? I want to see how the TR450 ended up.
So why would a company go to all the trouble and expense to go to a show and debut a new bike....and then put Walmart pedals on in addition to putting the cranks on wrong??

thats a new piggyback on the Foes too. the DHS and RS7 has only come with the Curnutt remote and not the piggyback.

wonder what the price on the Alpinestars brace will be?
Sub $400 I would think, dirtbikebitz.com out of the U.K. has them for $365 and they are usually a bit higher than prices here in the states. I really like my carbon one.
the transition seems to have a rear "flat" tire !

I've always loved Thomson stuff, but that direct mount looks aesthetically horrible. Maybe it's better in the flesh?

I swear to god I built the exact same bike for an 8th grade science fair. I need to dig up some pictures. The only driving reason for that design was that we had an old fork and no shock. Without a doubt, unrideable.
That was in '93
You'd think they could have gotten the chain tighter on the second one... I guess its just for display so whateves.
I agree about the Thomson DM stem looking terrible. I have always had a thing for Thomson, but 4 piece DM stems have never done imo. Looks like the E13 to me. Performed great, but looked kind of odd.

You'd think if you were putting together a show bike you could at least get the cranks to line up. I wonder if anyone pedaled that thing around and DIDN'T notice that.
WHEY just got back from there working for Nicolai! had an awsome time good party's.. After i sleep will write a few short bits about it!
