Yep man down... I got a little too carried away after practice and broke a few things in foot. Friday they're going to screw them back together.... The doc says 3 months after that and I should be back to normal.

It was already a 'pleasant' high 80s at the start of the ride.
Eventhough the climbing in the heat part kinda sucked, it beats being elsewhere not on the bike.
The Sluck talked smack about dhmike and his ZClass but the XC dudes in our group shut him up (and everyone else) anywhere not pointing down...and on flats.

It took ultranoob one trip OTB that went like with the speed of a flying marmalade to clean up Widow Maker.

We just like watched freecaster. I pretended to be Peaty cuz I'm the potty-mouthed fossil and Sluck pretended he's Sam Hill. He wants to be the winner and has thick brows.

Actions will be taken! While you where at Noble on sunday we were pulling barbwire out of our body's and taking a trip to the hospital! Go ahead! Divert your trail and slow it down but don't BOOBIETRAP sections with Barbwire? I've notified the wildlife services about this and they will be monitoring what your doing!

Sergeant Linda King said 52-year-old Warren John Wilson faces a single felony count of vandalism.
King said nearly 50 holes measuring about 1 foot by 2 feet have been found since June along a trail at Laguna Lake Park, and in some cases attempts had been made to hide them from cyclists. She said some riders went over their handlebars after hitting them, but none reported major injuries.

Christian, u guys cry so much about an area of the nature preserve that bikers may not even be technically allowed in. I will email Jill Terp at USFWS to suggest closing access to the volunteer trails up there. Downhillers are awesome.

from job hunting by discovering some "new" trails near my house.
Taking off from my front door, got on some roads and I got to the first of many bitchy steep grades.
Self-timed shots don't always come out ok
More new singletrack/double track variation goodies.
laid down a bit in shade away from the heat..
are carbon handlebars flamable?
after exploring, I got back on our familiar fun Chula loop.
a pretty tacky snake trail...in mid summer, no less. yummy.
I got so sick of climbing by high noon.
But this one DH section beyond the canyon ahead on terra nova is always worth working out for.
45mins later, I was at the marina.
San Diego -so much to answer for.

I spent a good half hour playing around here. nice transitions, good hip..

time to head to downtown sd..
By the time I got around to 32nd St, my hunger and the heat forced me to head back home.

overall, it was a mixed 36 mile ride. Some pavement-some dirt and WTF-climbs.
Passing two dudes on segway was da bomb.
Have fun in your friday commute foos.
