I guess allergy season finally started. I'm back to sneezing a lot and waking up every morning with big ol' eye boogers.

Anyone found anything over the counter that works? I was on zyrtec for the past few years, and it worked well enough I suppose, but it never covered all the bases. I've tried all of the clairtin products, and they just render me more retarded and backwards than I am of my own accord. If you know me you know I'm not that bright, so I need all of my facilities operating at their best.

Honey, specifically local wild flower, from a bee keeper not that commercial crap.

Eat a couple of teaspoons everyday and it will help you build up an immunity to pollen.

Try to get it from a source that is as close to where you live as possible.

I have been putting it in my coffee for years and it works better than meds.

Allergy shots if your allergies are that bad. I had really bad allergies for years. they are tied right in with my asthma. There were days that i'd go to ride and i'd be wheezing before i even started riding. I was having asthma attacks every ride and i wasn't getting any stronger from riding all the time. I almost quit biking all together because of it.
i went to an allergy specialist and started allergy shots. They're expensive and take a while to kick in, but they're totally worth it. I've been on them for three years. I wouldn't be biking if i wasn't doing them. But my asthma was really bad from it. Now it's not nearly as bad. Not even close.

Dirt,

Instead of typing a book I'll just say this...

I have had extreme allergies (with some asthma thrown in for fun) the majority of my life. I've had it to the point of not being able to ride at times (to say the least) and having it interfere with my life to a large extent.

PM me if you want some advice - I'd be happy to help.

I thought for a minute you had addressed him as "honey". I immediately wondered if you missed how horny this guy is, or if you had some weird fetish for awful mohawks. Then I read on and it ruined it for me. It started out funny though. :D
