My toilet was trashed when I sold my old house. That 'wall' behind the kona is just to hide my electrical panel. If I need to pee these days I walk out on the deck and go into the woods, way more liberating.
It's a concrete floor I painted w/ an epoxy traction'ish coating. Not sure I love it, it's almost too grippy, hard to clean. I might end up doing a more smooth coating at some point but didn't want it to be too slippery.

Looks like a pretty modern gravel bike to me, it even has front suspension and a disc brake. 
Stickman was involved with that bike.
Put the era appropriate stem on there, and your bars are right about at the fork crown. Way more aero.
This version, Has a edco rear hub which im a wee bit worried about and has dorados on it which looked clean but on having a quick look tonight they have had new decals I think to clean them up and they also dont have a brake mount so gonna need too track one down.
