He "won" only in the sense that an antiquated device, developed by teh Founding Fascists to keep power out of the hands of the agrarian section of society, delivered him an election rigged by the FBI, the Soviets and the stupidity of the DNC. Losing the popular vote by 3M votes is not exactly a landslide, especially with a 20% voter turnout.

Without that help, we would be complaining about her selling us out to Wall Street. At least she would have been sneaky and underhanded about it.

Of course, if Bernie had stood and fought we could all be on our way to Socialist Nirvana by now...

Without Toshi or Syadasti participation in this thread I feel as though I need to step in as runner up pedant. Gerrymandering has no direct effect on presidential elections. It does on Congress and state governments. Repub domination of states allowed for voter suppression. You were technically correct but the answer we were looking for was FBI, Russians and voter suppression.

If it comes to that i just hope he does a thorough job and gets all the rich fuckers in the shelters too so the planet gets a fresh start.

But not being a total pessimist, i was just refering to future generations of Americans that will have to deal with how he is going to ruin the economy and turn the US into a real life Orwellian distopia.
