well it looks like the weather is gona be GREAT this weakend! so i think i'm gona be heading out to the gig harbor dirt jumps to do some lip and landing work and then......ride! it would be cool to have some people out there i mean every time i have been out there no one is there

well gig harbor is over the narrows bridge and only a couple miles after. you go down the hill and around the harbor itself. it's in some little park....the DJ's are owned by the park but they are still pretty fun!!!

oh and they need a lot of work done to the lips(worn down) but that can possibly just make it even funner!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm interested in getting back into some form of jumping for sure... all I have is a big (ish) bike though.

What day were you thinking to go? I could definitely dig for a couple of hours (though I have little experience at it) and then jump for a bit as well.

i'm going out sat. all day!!!! ya it is hitable on a dh bike...fun to! the jumps go down a slight down grade from start to finish!!! and they also have a HUGE dirt mound to start on.

oh they have a small line(rollers) medium line(small but fun doubles) and a BIG line(pretty good sized but not huge doubles!)

id be down to come out and have a good sesh for sure! only thing, i made plans already for saturday. either im going to bellingham for a little shindig at a friend's sister's sorority (ohhhhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ) or im cruising to oregon to ride post canyon in the morning and watch some bike porn (roam) that night. Fun vibes out to all who go jumping!

well.......this sucks i was gona ride the hardtail, but i snaped off my axle mounts on my fork. i'm fine though hehehe

well i did a no-foot can and pretty much threw my legs and then bailed out off the side. i made the tranny and rolled a couple of times(i'm fine) but the bike hit the back side of the landing i guese the impact broke it off but with a dead on impact i think i would have bent or broke the steer tube first.....i guese that part was geting ready to snapp.......i don't now???

P.S hey that just makes it that much more sooner for me to order my DIRT JUMPER 1!!!!!!!

well bad news for my sweet plans this weekend. had a little accident in the car after school today and got lucky enough to get cited for reckless driving YAY! so i have at least a month to do a lot of sitting inside and playing guitar all by my lonesome. on the bright side, at least im not missing opening weekend for whistler!

oh yeah im fine and i didnt hit another car. i had too many people in my car and when i tried to turn my outside front tire folded under my rim from the weight and the car just kept going straight into a curb and this guy from quest called the cops and said we were racing and what nots. hopefully when i go to court it all works out and i get it knocked down to a reg. traffic violation or maybe even dropped, but im not holding my breath
