If your getting an i-beam seat, be absolutely sure that you get the HD (heavy duty) seat. That's the one with the black base, not the faux carbon looking base.

I broke two faux carbon ones with my butt in a week. Just riding, not crashing. I've had an HD one for several weeks now, several good crashes and it still works fine.

get some magnesium pedals from wellgo. 375g, depending on what you have, can't quite tell, you could save .25 to 1lb. supergo has a rebadged version under the "weyless" brand.

Rebuild wheels with old 521 CDs. Replace cranks with Deus or old turbines(If your less than 210). Replace Pedals with shimano DX. ProTaper bar. Some of this is just personal preference and past experience.

Oh yeah, I would ditch the hayes and run shimano XTRs, and since you already have a razor blade for a saddle get the SLR Vanox at 135grams. Its fairly wide and flexes for comfort.
