What would you develop or have built? Nothing huge or extravagant, but something you would like to.

real machinists can do it manually.I am currently in the process of making an internal axle for my Sun Ringle hub. Trying to get it to slide through the bearings and still maintain a press fit is a bitch. Oh well, good excuse to learn CNC lathe.
I can do it manually ya doosh. However the machine does not have the ability to cut metric threads.real machinists can do it manually.
Ski bike adapters to attach skis to my fork, lots of deraileur hangars, funky rotors and brake levers...i'd probably go crazy and just get random stuff built (i probably wouldn't be able to do it myself without some help).
...and we have us a winner!I'd probably have a room full of derailleur hangers
If that's really your thing, you need to go to imts some year.boobies!
metal boobies.......yeah...that'd be hot
