Except it's one that you'll actually receive...Looks like a steel Lahar......Cool
Unimportant details.Except it's one that you'll actually receive...
what he said. I see lightweight tubeless tires, 160mm rotor, XT cranks, etc...what's the frame weight?
I'm struggling to get this new 200SX to get set up so it rides as high as the 200SI I had on before. The 200SX is air spring only, where the 200SI you can ad a lightly sprung(and weight)coil spring to get them to ramp up more and still run them soft enough for the small hits. The 200SX is currently for the Japanese market only though, It's still in developement stage. I thought I'd try it because I'm light. How's the new Kowa working for you? Can you compare it to any other fork (ie. better/worse not in terms of similar work)
Nope, different guyIs the bike to do with Rob Metz, Trevor Porter of James Dodz?

Better tuneability, and I may try an air shock, so it wouldn't work quite as hard and therefore stay cooler and more consistent. 2.75 would be lighter though, really wouldn't be much in it.man i cant wait for mine how do you like yours so far?You bet ya. So much fun, small, tight n light. Whats the reason behind swaping for the 3" stroke vs. the 2.75 im planning on using a vivid 5.1 on mine
PM me and I'll help you order one now if you like.any plans on producing that bike?
and shipping it to canada?
So where do I have my mail transfered too!
Here's the spec list.So where do I have my mail transfered too! the bank.
Not bagging (OK kind of) weigh it with pics on a shop scale. It's cool, I know the drill, but I'm 36, I don't give a ****, I have no care or need to lie. My jedi is 36.8 with kenda single plys and my frame is lighter than that and 38.9 with dh casings, 6.1 hoops and I9 wheelsMy wheels are probably a fair bit lighter.. I run an air shock as wellwhat is it, 200g saving from Ti spring to air? so the difference between yout fork and mine is minimal.did you mean air shock or fork? My Kowas are fairly light, close to Boxxer WC
Dont get me wroNg that bike is SICK!
Whats the $ cost on the frame?
LMAO! Still not 37lbs!Here's the spec list.
You work it out if it troubles you.
I may be wrong, but I can't see how, I've weighed it several times on the dunny scales.
I'll weight it at a shop if I get the chance, but I doubt I'll be packing a camera at the time, and if I cared, I could rig the pic anyway. If I'm wrong I will admit it, but I'll sell my house first:biggrin:

What's better
DHX air
Roco WC air?
What blasts through the mid stroke less?
I can't believe I just wasted time doing thisLMAO! Still not 37lbs! Grrr, look below.
As far as air shocks the roco wc air has it at this point the fox has the mid stroke problem. 07 roco wc airs had some seal issues that were corrected for 08 and the 09s just got some different coloring and carbon bits on them.Don't the rocos blow through the mid stroke also? and the Manitou?
That frame is slick Id like to see some action pics as well as a review. Will do when I get it dialled a tad more.
Neither can I, you really shouldn't post pictures to prove you used a dodgy bathroom scale...I can't believe I just wasted time doing this
I'll second that, used on on my glory for the past 7 months and it was a blast, worked super well and the adjustments were pretty rad. I'd recommend.the manitou evolver ISX6 is probably the best air shock.
I run one on a cannondale gemini DH and use it for DH.
I just rode mine a whole season without a service and its been flawless, adjustments are effective (HSC, LSC, Rebound, bottom out) you can run lots of LSC without it feeling harsh.
I have not ridden a roco WC air, they are supposed to be pretty decent.
