I'm putting together a few thoughts as far as that goes, but my #1 recommendation at the moment would be to buy and wear a Buff everywhere. It'll help with the air pollution in the city and help with the airborne dust on the trails. I am so glad I brought one of those and a slew of cough drops to help keep everything clear and hydrated.

When I was a little kid, my favorite number was 88. I didn't know what fucking Nazi was back then, hadn't even thought of that until right now. Actual picture of Full Trucker wearing a shirt with 88 on it, riding his bike with an 88 number plate and his younger brother on the back...
